The Nalini Tranquim Foundation

Â
What we do:
The Nalini Tranquim Foundation exists to rescue, restore, and release individuals from cycles of trauma, bondage, and generational oppression.
We work locally and globally to help women and teenage girls reclaim their God-given identity, walk in emotional, spiritual, and practical freedom, and become catalysts of healing within their families and communities.
Our heart beats for the hidden, the hurting, and the voicelessâthose silenced by abuse, trafficking, injustice, or generational slavery. Through education, media, rescue initiatives, and discipleship, we equip the next generation to rise with purpose and power.
Â
How we do it:
Â
Personal Development Programs:
Unlock Your True Identity
A signature discipleship and personal development program designed for women and teenage girls. This structured pathway supports trauma recovery, spiritual awakening, and long-term empowerment.
-
Offered both digitally and as a physical curriculum, this program is designed to be used in churches (including women's ministries), safe houses, remote communities, and not-for-profit organisations and beyond. While it powerfully serves women impacted by domestic violence, trafficking, and online exploitation, it is not limited to those in crisis. Every woman - regardless of her background - deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and step into her true identity and calling.
-
Created in response to demand from mothers, this edition equips girls aged 13â19 with identity, resilience, and discernmentâempowering them to navigate culture with clarity and confidence. Ideal for youth groups within churches, Christian schools as part of their classroom curriculum, and outreach programs, the Teen Edition helps young women build spiritual maturity and self-belief during the most formative years of their lives.

đ„ Video Message from Nalini:
Â
My journey of overcoming abuse is the backbone of everything we do at the Nalini Tranquim Foundation. Having walked through trauma, loss, and healing, I understand firsthand the power of identity restoration. This is why we exist - to provide the support, tools, and community that I once longed for. Every woman and teen girl we reach represents a life transformed, a story rewritten, and a future restored. It is my deepest conviction that no one should walk this journey alone.
Â
What Women Are Saying:
Â

'I am not the same person having participated in the 'Unlock Your True Identity' program.
There are so many courses, books and '21 Days to...' but what sets this apart and makes it work is you sign up to belong to a community.
You become part of a group of strong, tenacious, loving and persistent women: women who will settle for nothing less than your ALL.
The community is non-judgemental facilitating a safe environment where you can be brave enough to unlock things you may have hidden away bound by shame and fear.
I've been brought to life.'

Naliniâs program couldnât have come at a better time. After a year of devastating loss, I found myself stuck and unable to move forward. I had allowed the decisions and opinions of others to dictate how I saw myself and my perception of my value was at an all-time low. Naliniâs programs really pulled
me out of my funk, reminded me of who I am and helped me see my worth again. Following the daily action steps and challenges have gently encouraged me to do the deep work of embracing all that I was created for. Nalini has given me the motivation and courage to step out of my comfort
zone and go boldly after an âunrestrainedâ life, marked by being unashamedly ME.
Steph Hope.

Naliniâs 21 Day Challenge has sharpened my confidence and elevated my mindset into becoming a more positive person. I have learned wonderful skills that I am applying in my life now, and I feel great where I am with myself. I have grown so much with Nalini, to the point that I am now on my own journey as an influencer.

đ Global Missions & Rescue Initiatives
Our Foundation partners with trusted, on-the-ground organisations to support families enslaved in generational poverty and bonded labour.
As part of the Bloodline book release, we are currently mobilizing efforts to rescue and restore a family enslaved in the brick kilns of Pakistan - a real-time example of putting action to prayer. This isn't just advocacy - it's tangible intervention, one family at a time.
We believe in breaking chains, restoring dignity, and rewriting legacies. Join us in turning faith into action.
