In the video below, I take you on a journey through the deep inspiration behind the 'Call to Purity' Artwork.

A personal story of walking through literal fire damage, I share how the Holy Spirit used this experience to reveal a powerful message about the condition of many hearts across the earth, and the healing He longs to bring.

Together, we reflect on how the "implosions" many of us have endured—through life’s "hit and run" experiences—leave us broken. Yet, amidst the ruins, God’s call is to look up, to rise, and to enter a place of restoration under the shadow of His wings.

This video is a reminder that no matter what you’ve faced, your Father is rebuilding you to rise with strength and purpose in this day.

As detailed in the above video, here's the story behind the dilapidated room in written form:

I was speaking in London in April 2022 and had the joy of staying at a beautiful Mock Tudor mansion that had been divided up into individual apartments.

During my stay, I went to visit family for a weekend and woke one Saturday morning to an email from the owner of the apartment I was staying at. He had been urgently trying to reach me and went on to advise that the apartment immediately above me had caught fire in the night.

The emergency services had attempted banging on my front door but as there was no response, they knocked the door down, only to discover in sheer relief that I was not there.

I was asked to contact them as soon as possible and not to step foot in the house without the emergency services present. There was also no guarantee that my belongings were in tact and I needed to prepare myself to be re-housed.

Fortunately, no one was hurt that night and after seven long hours, the fire fighters managed to secure the building.

After returning from my weekend away, I pulled up outside the house and cried at the eerie scene before me.

I was cautiously escorted through the apartment to gather my belongings. The smell of smoke was intoxicating. I didn't want to be there.

What does the dilapidated room signify?

A few days after the events of the fire, I was scrolling through pictures of the damage. I was in total shock as I imagined how different things could have turned out, had I been there.

I suddenly felt the presence of God.

Holy Spirit began to speak.

He quickened to my heart that these images are a reflection of the condition of many hearts across the earth right now.

Hearts that are imploding from the inside-out.

I was speechless.

'What do you mean when you say 'Imploding from the inside out'?'

That may be your question right now. It was certainly mine when I found myself sitting in total silence, waiting for Holy Spirit to answer.

I then began to witness scenes in my minds-eye of you and I experiencing physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relational and even financial HIT AND RUNS throughout our lives.

Situations that have completely side-swiped us.

I saw prominent leaders who have fallen from grace because of their own deeds. I saw parents, teachers, pastors, political leaders who have abused their positions of authority and have caused much damage in their wake.

Images flashed before me of lives impacted by false doctrines, ideologies, the watering down of that which is absolute in the written Word of God.

This is when I realized what Holy Spirit meant by, 'Imploding from the inside-out.' These 'hit and runs' have resulted in walls being erected, hearts left jaded, severely impacting our lives and our intimate walk with Father God.

The next image sent shivers up my spine.

Beyond the destruction of the dilapidated ceiling, I gazed at the magnificent blue sky above, with a sense of hope surging through my veins.

I felt the gentle whisper of Holy Spirit say,

'Tell My people to look up.

Tell My people to look beyond the destruction.

Tell My people to look beyond the devastation.

Tell My people to look beyond the chaos of the here and now.

LOOK UP.'

I began to weep as I asked Holy Spirit,

'How do we look up when so much has gone wrong and so many of us have been let down within the Body of Christ?

How do we turn from being a mockery in the eyes of the world to being the spotless Bride of Christ that You have called us to be?

How do we heal from the hit and runs that we have all experienced in our own lives?'

Immediately I was led to Matthew 16:18-19 which reads,

'I AM BUILDING MY CHURCH AND THE GATES OF HELL WILL NOT PREVAIL.'

You may be reading this right now while facing fires of your own. Or maybe you've been through the fire and still smell of smoke.

Well this is not how it ends...

You are wrapped in a supernatural scaffolding of the Holy Spirit.

You are being held together with strength and might.

The Lord's angels have been disbursed to protect you, and minister to your wounds.

In the midst of the aftermath of fire, this is where you position yourself to wait under the shadow of the Most High. And as you do, your Heavenly Father is doing a rebuild on the inside of you that will enable you to rise from the ashes with a greater authority to do the work that He has called you to.

Father God WILL complete that which He has begun in you and you will be:

FULLY restored.

FULLY healed.

And the words of your testimony will lead others to the Cross.

You will encounter His goodness, His mercy and His faithfulness all the days of your life, right up until you cross from earth into eternity.

YOU ARE HIS GLORIOUS BRIDE.
